Note: Unless otherwise indicated all figures appearing in this report
are based upon the official Journals of the House and Senate or
on the collections of vetoed bills which can be examined at the
State Archives. Joint Resolutions in chart 1 had the force and
effect of law before statehood; however, they are no longer used
under Article III, section 14, of the Constitution of the State
of Hawaii. Pocket vetoes in chart 1 are not used under the
Constitution of the State of Hawaii.
