 1.  At the time this report was prepared, Jones Spacelink paid
     Na Leo in the amount of the greater of two percent of gross
     revenues or a fixed amount established in the franchise
     agreement ($119,000 for the fiscal year ending May 31,
     1995).  Chronicle Cablevision paid two percent for the
     region of Ka'u.  Time Warner paid between 2.4 percent and 3
     percent.  See Appendix B for the current franchise fee
     distributions.
