Promoting active living and healthy aging
In recognition of National Home Care Month in November, Lt. Governor Aiona on Saturday will discuss physical activity, nutrition and preventative care at the Senior Health Day Fair. The event is designed to promote health awareness, safety, education and offer resources and services that are available to the community.
Senior Health Day Fair is an opportunity for the community to meet with a variety of medical practitioners and exhibitors to learn about resources available to promote healthy aging and emphasize ways towards a healthier lifestyle and improving quality of life.
