Today, Lt. Governor Aiona speaks at the 2008 annual Spring Banquet, which is a celebration of the Chinese New Year.
An estimated 800 people are expected to attend the event at the New Empress Restaurant, located inside the Chinatown Cultural Plaza in downtown Honolulu.
