With the economy a top concern for Hawai`i families and businesses, the Lingle-Aiona Administration is focused on carrying out a five-point plan to strengthen the local economy.
The plan calls for increasing tourism outreach and marketing; investing in improvements to the state's infrasturcture and facilities; lowering business fees and providing tax relief; attracting private investment, especially in renewable energy; and maximizing federal dollars and partnerships.
