This week, Lt. Governor Aiona will be featured in a public service announcement to help raise awareness about children suffering from arthritis in Hawai`i.
Arthritis affects more than 212,000 Hawai`i residents, according to the Arthritis Foundation.
The public service announcement will air for about six weeks, culminating with a walk at Hawaiian Waters Adventure Park on April 26, when the foundation hopes to attract at least 1,000 volunteers and raise $100,000 for the cause.
