Today, Lt. Governor Aiona gathers with more than 3,000 people at Kapi`olani Park in Waikiki for the annual Kai Backyard Jam organized by the Coalition for a Drug-Free Hawai`i.
As part of the event, the Lt. Governor will present a proclamation he signed along with Governor Lingle, declaring February as "Drug-Free Month" in Hawai`i.
Last year, more than 4,000 people participated in the anti-drug awareness effort.
