January 22 - Lt. Governor and
Vivian Aiona attended Governor Lingle’s fifth State of the State Address.
The governor discussed the Administration’s vision to change Hawai`i’s
"economy from one based on land development to one fueled by innovation."
This session, the Governor will be submitting proposals focusing on issues
including affordable housing, healthcare, transportation, tax relief and
