LT. GOVERNOR AIONA, GOVERNOR LINGLE SWORN IN FOR SECOND
Lt. Governor Aiona and Governor Lingle were
officially sworn for their second term of office. "As your Lt. Governor, I
am committed to serving the people of Hawai`i with honest conviction and
doing what is best," said Lt. Governor Aiona.
The Lt. Governor also emphasized his committment to strengthening Hawai`i's
families and to "continue the work he and Governor Lingle have already begun
and to embark upon new endeavors that will strengthen Hawai`i."
