February 16 - “The Music Enterprise Learning Experience (MELE) component of the Administration’s Hawai`i Innovation Initiative will allow the local music industry to build the technical and business skills of Hawai`i’s artists into a global business,” Lt. Governor Aiona said at the Hawaiian 105.1 KINE Aloha Radio luncheon. The Lt.
