Names and Occupations of Government Loan Recipients
Any government agency which loans money must disclose
the name, address, and occupation of the
borrower, as well as the amount, purpose, and current status of

about delinquent payments. Other information relating to the borrower,
including tax returns, bank
balances, and credit reports, must remain confidential in order
to avoid a clearly unwarranted invasion
of personal privacy.
