Opinion Letter No. 90-37
December 17, 1990
Names of Individuals Making UIPA Requests
The disclosure of the names of individuals who have
made a request to inspect and copy government
records under the UIPA would not constitute a clearly unwarranted
invasion of personal privacy.
Additionally, letters to the OIP requesting an advisory opinion
are also available for public inspection
and copying, unless the request actually contains information that
is in dispute.
