Escheated Warrant Reports

Information in Escheated Warrant Reports, issued by the Department of Accounting and General
Services, is subject to public inspection and copying under the UIPA. However, the titles of each
report and the codes that identify the type of payment must be deleted to protect the individual's
privacy interest in information made confidential by statute. For example, some of the escheated
warrants represent social service benefits.
