Agriculture Investigative Reports

Two investigative reports prepared by the Department of Agriculture’s Animal Industry Division were
found not to be protected by the UIPA’s exceptions for law enforcement records and information.
The agency that created the reports indicated that their disclosure would not interfere with an
enforcement proceeding. Additionally, since the reports related to two corporations, their disclosure
would not invade an individual’s right to privacy.
