Retirement Plans of Retired Employees
The Employees Retirement System (ERS) may not disclose
the names of employees who elected to
become class C members of the ERS before July 1, 1984 and would
therefore be affected by
legislation. The employees have a significant privacy interest in
information revealing their chosen
retirement plan, while disclosure of this information would reveal
little about government conduct or
activities.
