Clarification of Opinion Re: Massage Therapist License Applications

OIP Op. Ltr. No. 91-1 concerning massage therapist license applications was clarified in this opinion.
Section 452-9, Hawaii Revised Statutes, requires the public availability of all records of the Board of
Massage. Consequently, the OIP found that applications for massage therapist licenses must be
publicly available without the segregation of personal information about the license applicants.
