UIPA Immunity Provision

The UIPA’s immunity provision, section 92F-17, Hawaii Revised Statutes, only provides immunity to
agency officers or employees who participate in good faith in the disclosure or non-disclosure of
government records. It does not immunize the agency as an entity.
