The Ag Rag Article
An article in the April issue of The Ag Rag, a monthly
newsletter prepared by staff of the State
Department of the Attorney General (Department), must be made available
for public inspection and
copying. The OIP found that disclosure of the article, "High
on Alternatives," would not constitute a
clearly unwarranted invasion of the author’s personal privacy.
In addition, although the newsletter was
prepared for circulation within the Department, it does not constitute
an intra-agency memoranda, the
disclosure of which would result in the frustration of a legitimate
government function.
