HSAC Members’ Education Information Public

Members of the Hawaiian Sovereignty Advisory Commission (HSAC) are "agency officers" whose
education and training background information and work experience must be made publicly available
under the UIPA. However, confidential personal information, such as social security number, birth
date, home address, and home telephone number contained in the summaries or resumes of the
HSAC members must be segregated from the record before it is disclosed.
