Registration of Planholders for Downloading of the Construction Bids and Proposals documents will begin on January 1, 2006.

Registration of Planholders for Downloading of the Construction Bids and Proposals documents will begin on January 1, 2006. Contractors and Materials/Supplies Vendors who wish to download the plans and specification will be required to register and create their logon password. This will enable the Public Works Division to create a planholders listing for the webpage visitors and to email the planholders a notification of issued addenda and bid clarifications for the projects. Subsequent visits to download the plans and specifications will only require those who are already registered to just enter their name and password to access the site. If any information initially entered for registration changes, the contractor and/or vendor should update their information.

Those who wish to pickup CDs at the DAGS Public Works Division Office or at the DAGS District Offices on Hawaii, Kauai, or Maui will also need to register at the offices. Those who register without internet access or email will be listed as a planholder and will receive the addenda and bid clarifications by US Postal mail.
