Leasing Services Branch
The Leasing Services Branch is a state wide program which provides centralized office leasing services to all Executive Branch departments. The primary function of the program is to lease commercial office space from private sector property owners, when there is no available or appropriate space available in state office buildings controlled by the Department of Accounting and General Services (DAGS).

The following leasing packet made up of instructions and forms, should be used when making a lease related request. The Leasing Information Request Sheet and the Space Need Computation forms are designed to be completed online, then downloaded and saved to a hard drive on the requesting agency’s LAN or PC. The forms should be printed and submited to DAGS along with other required attachments. |
|
When seeking a new lease or expansion of an existing office, current policies require that the department Director send a detailed written request, together with the appropriate leasing forms and official organizational chart(s) to the State Comptroller at DAGS. If the request is to renew an existing lease or to exercise an option to extend a lease, the request should also be directed to the State Comptroller together with the same leasing forms and organizational chart(s). |
