The Department of Accounting and General Services conducted the following information briefings:

- For contractors/subcontractors/vendors at ALOHA STADIUM Hospitality Room, Monday, 6/25/07, 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM.
- For contractors/subcontractors/vendors at KAUAI COMMUNITY COLLEGE Cafeteria, Thursday, 8/9/07, 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM.
- For contractors/subcontractors/vendors at the MAUI BEACH HOTEL, Elleair Room, Wednesday, 8/22/07, 6:30 PM - 8:30 PM.
- For contractors/subcontractors/vendors at the KEALAKEHE HIGH SCHOOL, Library, Thursday, 1/10/08, 9:30 AM - 10:30 AM.
- For contractors/subcontractors/vendors at the HILO STATE OFFICE BUILDING, Conference Rooms A, B & C, Thursday, 1/10/08, 2:00 PM - 3:30 PM.
