SPO Programs Open to Qualifying Nonprofit Organizations

The State Procurement Office (SPO)  has programs available to qualifying nonprofit, tax-exempt organizations and invites your participation.

 

 

Surplus Property

Eligible nonprofits may participate in a property disposal program allowing reutilization of State and Federal surplus property.

 

Cooperative Purchasing Program - SPO Price and Vendor List Contracts

Eligible nonprofits may purchase items from SPO Price/Vendor list contracts.
