What's New:

Procurement Notices for Solicitations and Professional Services Awards Posting sites.
Both the new procurement notices site and the new professional services site are operational for department input since 10/7/11 and 10/14/11 respectively.  Users who had a PANS account (for posting awards) were assigned a same login for the new procurement notices and professional services awards sites.  An email was automatically sent to them by the system asking them to establish a new password. 
Note:

• If you had a login/password to the old procurement notices or professional services awards site, it will not work in the new one.  See instructions for obtaining a new account .
• The system for procurement notices and professional services awards is the same system.  Users will be able to post procurement notices for solicitations and professional services awards.
• This different system is different from the awards reporting system.  If the user selected a different password, the user needs to remember the 2 different passwords.
