Purchase of Service Team (POST) for Purchases of Health and Human Services
POST is comprised of state and county personnel involved in the planning, purchasing and contracting of health and human services. Participation is voluntary. The State Procurement Office (SPO) conducts POST meetings to inform and coordinate various interagency activities for purchases of health and human services, and POST serves as an advisory to the SPO.
POST E-mail List
The SPO manages an e-mail list to update members regarding HRS Chapter 103F procurement related matters. POST e-mail subscription is open to all state and county personnel procuring health and human services pursuant to HRS Chapter 103F. Approximately 100 state and county personnel currently are subscribed to POST.
