Excess State Property Donation Program

State agencies may donate excess property to eligible nonprofits.

Surplus Property

Eligible nonprofits may participate in a property disposal program allowing reutilization of State and Federal surplus property.

Cooperative Purchasing Program - SPO Price and Vendor Lists

Eligible nonprofits may purchase items from the SPO Price/Vendor lists.
