Procurement Manual for Health and Human Services
Health and Human Service Procurements Pursuant to HRS Chapter 103F
This manual is an online manual that organizes procurement into 3 major phases: 1) planning for the procurement of health and human services,2) procurement: the methods of procurement (also known as source slection); and 3) contracting. Although they are discreet sections, the process of good procurement is a continuous one and not always linear. It is also a team process.
