Yes. The website works if you open it in Safari. We are told it also works if you are using an iPad.

In the header of each page, on the right, is a blue Stay Connected button that links to the state website to a page that has links to each department including DAGS.

From the SPO home page select For State & County Personnel from the header menu (or the sidebar). Scroll to Inventory Management and Excess Property, select Inventory Management Manual, ... and then select Excess Property List.

I know forms are fillable but can we save the form as a file on our computer once completed?
Yes. A form may be saved as a file.. However, always go to the SPO Forms page whenever you need to utilize a form. Forms are updated as needed and you are responsible for utilizing the current form. If the form is in Adobe Acrobat and you do not have the full version you may need to print the completed form to Adobe Acrobat or PDF in order to save the information you have entered.

A Who Registered report is no longer necessary. Since registrants will be registering directly on the webinar site, they will receive immediate confirmation from the webinar site as well as reminder emails.

What if I don't receive a training confirmation email for a webinar?
The most common reason a confirmation email is not received is because the person registering entered their email address incorrectly. If you don't receive a confirmation email, register again. Ensure your email address is entered correctly. SPO cannot change your email address on your registration - it is automatically controlled by the webinar site. You may cancel the first registration by following the instructions at the bottom of the reminder email.

Could SPO keep track of the training we have taken/need to take?
SPO provides quarterly SPO Training Reports indicating all workshops taken by attendee (as entered by attendee in the registration) and has been doing so since May 2009. The most current reports are online on the Training Schedule and Registration page. Contact your department SPO Training Point-of-Contact to obtain a copy of . Not sure of the workshops you need to take? SPO provides step-by-step guidance on the SPO website. On the training Schedule and Registration page, select Training Requirements - Which Workshops Do I need to Take?
Each attendee is responsible for keeping track of required workshops. Requirements are dependent on the method of procurement in which the attendee will be participating/conducting. As mentioned earlier, explicit step-by-step instructions on how to determine required workshops are on the SPO website.

Where is the list of businesses under debarment or suspension?
From the SPO homepage, select For State and County Personnel. Select Debarment and Suspension (Under Procurement: Purchasing Procedures...) You will also find a link under the Goods, Services and Construction webpage and each method of procurement webpage, as applicable.

The link is placed on the webpage to assist procurement personnel. When utilizing federal funding, it may be required to check the Federal Excluded Parties List System (FEPLS) before awarding.

Are directives on the SPO website?
Procurement Directives are available from the SPO home page. Click Procurement Directives (in the sidebar under Reference). Directives and memoranda issued by departments are on the respective department website. Select the blue Stay Connected button in the header of most SPO webpages (on the right) and select the respective department. Looking for budget execution policies? They are on the B&F website. Requirements such as insurance requirements for contracts are in Comptroller Memoranda on the DAGS website.

Where can I find information on Preferences, specifically Hawaii Products?
From the SPO home page select For State and County Personnel and then Purchasing Goods, Services and Construction (Under Procurement: Purchasing Procedures...) and Preferences for purchasing...(under Preferences). Select Hawaii Products. You may see the listing of vendors by category or in a single alphabetical listing. The vendor name is a link anbd when selected, the vendor datasheet(s) will appear.

Hawaii product preference vendor datasheets are on the website and accessible by selecting the vendor name either in the category listing or alphabetical listing.
Note: Selecting the vendor name will access all the vendor datasheets for the vendor.

Do the vendor datasheets for Hawaii products indicate whether the vendor is compliant with HRS 103D-310(c)?
No. Compliance can change on a daily basis. That is why Hawaii Compliance Express (HCE) must be utilized to verify proof of compliance for vendors. HCE is designed to provide up-to-date information.

To make a more user-friendly health and human service RFP, instead of stating the rules governing requirements for the RFP, can the RFP show the link to the rule explaining that process/requirement?
You can include the links in the RFP but you should be sure to include documentation as well. The reason for this is that both requirements and websites may change over time. Most health and human contracts are for several years.
