FAQ for Training Requirements



  1. If I am a Level 3 and my office never conducts, reviews or approves competitive sealed bids, do I still need to attend the workshops required for competitive sealed bids?

  2. Do I have to attend the Small Purchases Workshop  (No 120) if I am a secretary and only purchase items from the SPO price/vendor lists?

  3. Do I have to attend the Small Purchases Workshop (No. 120) if I purchase small items but never get quotes?

  4. Do I have to attend HePS User Training for Competitive Sealed Bids (HePS 300) if I never conduct, review or approve competitive sealed bids?

  5. If I attended the SPO Competitive Sealed Bids workshop in 2007, do I need to attend it again? (It had a different number at that time.)
