The Employment and Training Fund (ETF) Program is requesting proposals to fund a limited number of innovative green training projects for incumbent workers to promote an environmentally sustainable workforce in Hawaii. Up to three (3) grants, not to exceed $100,000 per grant will be awarded under this RFP in any of the following categories: renewable energy, energy conservation, and pollution reduction through waste elimination. |
